Workflow and equipment to plan for
For TPU badges, the sheet specifies design, printing, cutting and double heat pressing. Plan for compatible media, cutting and pressing equipment, and test the finished badge on the intended fabric.
Crystal labels need their own compatible film and application process. Confirm the ink setup, consumables and finishing stages for this mode.
Your quotation should identify the head type and count, RIP licence, consumables, finishing equipment and installed footprint. Ask for application samples where finish, flexibility or adhesion is important.
