Workflow and equipment to plan for
For objects, confirm the material, surface preparation, height and arrangement. Some substrates may need preparation or primer; test adhesion and finish on production samples.
TPU badges and crystal labels are separately confirmed applications. Specify the film, ink setup and finishing equipment for each. Badge production can require cutting and heat pressing; crystal labels use a different transfer workflow.
The electric rotary fixture is optional. Confirm item shape, diameter, length and usable print area. The 180 mm media-height limit is not a verified maximum cylinder diameter.
Have fixtures, RIP software and finishing equipment listed in the quotation. No universal adhesion, wash-resistance, dishwasher-safety or food-contact claim is made.
