Workflow and equipment to plan for
For flatbed work, check item size, height, surface preparation and ink configuration. Test the actual product; material examples do not guarantee adhesion on every coated or treated surface.
The front and rear AB-film roll device, roll fixture and cylinder fixture are listed as optional. Confirm the device needed for your application and its inclusion in the quotation.
The cylinder fixture lists 25–80 mm diameter and 20–210 mm length. The separate roll fixture lists 30–250 mm paper width with a 3-inch core; UV DTF film is separately listed up to 300 mm. Confirm the device for your intended media.
Have ink channels, fixtures, RIP and consumables itemised. White, varnish and light-colour channels appear in alternative configurations and should not all be assumed present together.
