Customers can review the result file on the “My Account” page and choose to accept or reject it. If no selection is made within 48 hours, the status of the file will automatically change to accepted. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring you receive the best possible service.

Q. Do I need to add background removal separately?

A. No. Background removal is included free with every vectorisation order. Our team ensures your artwork is clean, transparent, and fully ready for DTF printing.

Q. Which file formats will I receive?

A. You’ll receive your vectorised artwork in PDF. SVG, .PNG, and .JPG formats. If you require any additional formats, simply let us know when placing your order.

Q. Can I order a DTF Transfer after my artwork is vectorised?

A. Absolutely. Once your artwork is finalised (usually within 24 working hours), you can easily order a DTF Transfer. We also offer a free gangsheet design service using our online Gangsheet Designer. If you’d like a printed transfer instead of just the file, place a separate DTF Transfer order, and we’ll ensure your print matches the same premium standard as your vectorised design.
