Three finishes to suit your brand

• TPU Silicone 3D: a smooth, raised silicone-style appearance for bold logos and clean shapes.
• TPU StitchFX: a textured, embroidery-inspired appearance that gives a printed badge a stitched look. It is not conventional embroidery.
• TPU Gloss+: glossy highlights that can pick out lettering, borders and details.

Sizes, quantities and setup

Order from one badge, with lower unit prices available for larger quantities. Standard pricing is for badges up to 75 mm; ask us for a quote for larger sizes. A new design carries a one-off £30 + VAT artwork/setup fee covering preparation of the print layers and a 3D proof. If you are reordering the same approved design without changes, let us know before checkout so the correct setup charge can be confirmed.

From logo to finished badge

1. Upload your logo and choose your size, shape, finish and quantity.
2. We prepare the artwork and send you a 3D proof.
3. Check the text, colours, shape and finish, then approve the proof or request an amendment.
4. After approval, we produce and dispatch the finished badges.

Typical production turnaround is 4–7 days after artwork approval, subject to the design and order size. Ask for a confirmed timescale if you have a deadline. Heat application depends on the fabric or item: test a sample before applying a full run.

Frequently asked questions

Are these sewn embroidered badges?

No. StitchFX is a UV printed texture designed to resemble visible stitching. All three options are TPU badges supplied ready for heat application.

Can I order just one badge?

MOQ is 25 badges. I you need to test first, please contact us at sales@dtfsupplies.co.uk

Can I approve the artwork before you print?

Yes. We send a 3D proof for your approval before badge production begins.

Can I buy only the print file?

Yes. If you run your own UV TPU printer and need production artwork rather than finished badges, choose our UV TPU badge artwork and digitalisation service.
