Print-ready artwork for UV TPU badges

Already have a logo but need it prepared for UV TPU badge production? Send us your artwork and we will build the print layers around your chosen badge style. You receive a 3D proof to review before the final production file is prepared. This service is for businesses making badges on their own UV TPU equipment; it does not include printed badges.

What the artwork service includes

• Artwork review and preparation: we check the supplied logo or image and advise if additional redraw work is needed.
• Production layers: CMYK artwork, Spot_1 white, Spot_2 varnish or finish effects, and a contour cut path where required by your setup.
• A 3D visual proof: review the proposed shape, colour, raised details and finish before approval.
• A final file for your workflow: tell us your printer, RIP software, spot names, cut-path requirements and preferred format so the file can be prepared for your equipment.

Exact layers and effects vary by design, TPU material and production setup. A 3D proof is a visual guide; the physical finish depends on printing and application settings.

Choose the finish for your design

• TPU Silicone 3D: a soft-looking, raised silicone-style effect created with printed layers.
• TPU StitchFX: an embroidery-inspired texture with visible, deliberate stitch detail. It is a printed effect, not sewn thread.
• TPU Gloss+: selective gloss and raised highlights for borders, lettering or other details.

How to order your badge artwork

1. Upload your logo, sketch or existing design. Vector artwork is ideal, but a clear PNG or JPG may also be usable.
2. Tell us the finished badge size, preferred shape, TPU colour, finish and how you intend to produce it.
3. We assess the design, prepare the layers and send a 3D proof.
4. Request changes if needed, then approve the final design for file preparation.

Very small text, intricate shapes or low-resolution screenshots may need simplification or extra redraw work. We will flag that before finalising the file.

Frequently asked questions

Can you work from a JPG or screenshot?

Often, yes. Send the best-quality version you have. We will check whether it can be cleaned up or whether a redraw is needed for a clear badge at the size you want.

Will the file work with my UV TPU printer?

Tell us your printer, RIP, required spot names and cut-path rules before ordering. We will prepare the deliverable for the agreed workflow; you should run a test print before a full production run.
