UV TPU badges are flexible, durable, heat-applied badges made from TPU material and printed using UV technology. They are ideal for garments, workwear, sportswear, uniforms, bags and promotional products.
We offer three main UV TPU badge styles: TPU Silicone 3D™ for a soft raised silicone-style effect, TPU StitchFX™ for an embroidery-style texture, and TPU Gloss+™ for a high-gloss premium finish.
Yes, the main trade pricing can be kept simple with one price structure across the badge styles. This makes it easier for trade customers to choose the finish that suits their customer without needing a complicated price list.
The minimum order quantity is 25 badges per design. For larger quantities, the unit price reduces, making the badges more cost-effective for repeat orders, teams, workwear and promotional use.
The £30 + VAT setup fee includes artwork creation, layer setup, realistic 3D proofing, production approval and preparation of the production-ready file for that badge design.
Yes. Finished UV TPU badges are supplied heat-applied ready, so they can be applied to suitable garments or products using the correct heat press settings.

Turnaround depends on artwork approval, order quantity and current workload. For the fastest production, send the best available logo file and approve the 3D proof quickly. A confirmed turnaround should be provided at the quote stage.
Yes. Once your badge artwork has been created and approved, repeat orders are easier because the production file is already prepared. Reorders are ideal for clubs, schools, uniforms and businesses that need ongoing badge supply.
Yes. Standard pricing can cover badges up to 75mm. Larger badges can be quoted separately as POA because material use, print time and production setup may change.
Yes. The service is suitable for embroidery companies, DTF print businesses, garment decorators, workwear suppliers, schoolwear suppliers, sportswear brands and promotional product suppliers.
